10:45 – 12:15 Work-related stressors. Thinking as a internal stressor, distorted thoughts cycle and coping techniques with twisted thoughts

Stress management three levels and stages. Techniques to use on
personal and network level in each stage.
Stress, burn-out and depression: differences in symptoms,
causes and management.
Burnout origin, stages and risks.

14:30 – 14:45 Break
14:45 – 16.15 (with short breaks)

Burnout prevention techniques: life interests, social support
network, balance in life – wellness wheel.
Personal action plan for stress management.

Webinar working methods include different tasks of self-analysis and self-evaluation,
discussions in larger and smaller groups, visualized short lectures; and require active
